Positive: The staff were very kind and polite, booking.com recommended a family room for 3 adults but the staff advised us that the room was very small and offered us an upgrade to an apartment which really made our stay that bit more comfortable. Very attentive staff and couldn’t recommend more.

Positive: From the service to the facilities, everything about this hotel was exceptional.
Negative: There was a heat wave when I visited the UK, but the rooms had neither air conditioning nor a fan. To be fair, air conditioning isn't very common in the UK.
Summary: I loved my stay and will stay here again anytime
